The Information No Thumbs Collects

You provide certain personally identifiable information (such as your name and email address) to No Thumbs when registering and participating in various activities on the Site such as uploading Content. Additionally, you may provide personal information when entering contests or sweepstakes, taking advantage of promotions, responding to surveys, or subscribing to newsletters or other mailing lists.

Operation of the Site
We may use any personally identifiable information you submit to operate, maintain, and provide to you the features and functionality of the Site. We may also use that information to invite you to participate in Site related activities.
Any personal information or Content that you voluntarily disclose online (on discussion boards, in messages and chat areas, within your public profile page, etc.) becomes publicly available and can be collected and used by others.
When you register with the Site a web page is created for you on the Site. That page will automatically display your first name, your pet name, and your avatar. You may elect to include other information on your page. All the information on that page is publicly available.
Email and email addresses
You can invite your friends and family to participate in the Site by using the invite feature. The invitation process requires you to enter the email address of your invitee. No Thumbs stores the email address of the invitee only to send invitations and reminders. Any person who receives an invitation may contact No Thumbs to request the removal of this information from our database.
We do not use your email address or other personally identifiable information to send commercial or marketing messages without your consent except as part of a specific program or feature for which you will have the ability to opt-in or opt-out.
We may use your email address without further consent for non-marketing or administrative purposes (such as notifying you of major Site changes or for customer service purposes). We may also use your personally identifiable information to improve the quality and design of the Site.
